How do I choose the right products?
Start with your goal: Train & Perform, Recover & Sleep, Everyday Wellness, or Skin, Hair & Nails. Each collection only shows the products that fit it, and every product page lists what's inside, how to use it and who should check with a doctor first.
Where are KNOCK products made?
Most KNOCK products are made in the USA. Our Energy Strips and After-Party Strips are made in India. The country of manufacture is listed on every product page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Every order has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with a product, email us within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if it's opened. Email us at knockwellness@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.
How does Build a bundle work?
Pick any 3 or more products, in any flavors. You save 10% on 3 items, 15% on 4 items, 20% on 5+ items. The discount applies automatically in your cart, no code needed.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet. Every order is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel. Reordering takes a few clicks.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, which supports all major cards and popular express payment options.
Are these products right for me?
Every product page includes full directions and warnings. If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to a healthcare professional before using any supplement.
